| 摘 要： | 我国已形成学科门类齐全的学位与研究生教育体系,但是研究生教育依然存在着很多问题,严重制约和影响着研究生教育的发展。在总结了工科研究生教育现状的基础上,提出了研究生教育存在的问题。通过分析这些现状和问题,得出了提高研究生教育质量要在提高创新能力、增强团队合作、注重人文素质教育等的几点进行改进。
