基于软件测试组的绩效管理模型研究

摘    要:在IT产业迅速发展的今天,软件质量一直是许多软件公司十分关心的问题,随着软件产品规模的不断扩大,软件质量保证成了软件产品中最关键的环节。而软件质量保证最重要的环节是软件测试,因此科学合理的管理测试人员,发挥每个人的作用就显得尤为重要。在一个高效运作的团队,必须有一套科学、合理、较为完整的绩效评定系统。这样员工的工作积极性能够得到尽可能大的提高,企业文化在绩效评定系统中可以充分体现,将企业发展与员工表现结合。目前的测试小组里还没有一套有效的绩效评定体系,以至于评定测试员的工作情况很难判定,不能很好适应项目的进展和长期有效的提高测试人员的工作积极性。

The Performance Management Model Research Based on the Software Testing

Abstract:Rapid development in the IT industry today, many software companies have been very concerned about the Software Quality, as the scale of software products continues to expand, software quality assurance have become the most critical component in software products. The software testing is the most important aspects of software quality assurance. A scientific and rational management test process, to play the important role of the team. In an efficient operation of the team, we must have a scientific, rational, more comprehensive performance evaluation system. So the enthusiasm of the working staff can be the greatest possible improvement by the performance evaluation which can be fully reflected enterprise culture, staff development and performance of enterprise integration. The current test group, not have an effective performance evaluation system, so the work of assessment testing situation it is very difficult to determine, not very good adaptation projects and the progress of the long-term effectiveness of the work of raising tester's enthusiasm.
