摘    要:通过移动床生物膜反应器试验装置,研究该工艺对综合制革废水中氨氮的处理效果及去除机理。试验结果表明:氨氮去除率随填着填料填充率增加而降低。当填料填充率为40%,填井表面氨氮承受负荷为0.1—0.8g/(m^2·d)时,氨氮去除率为85%-95%,出水氨氮浓度为35~75mg/l。单靠降低负荷已无法进一步改善出水水质,但通过补充进水碱度、降低进水碳氮比、提高水温等一系列措施,可使反应器出水氨氮由降低至9-14mg/l.

Abstract:The Moving Bed Biofihn Reactor experimental equipment is used to research on the ammonia treatment effect of tannery wastewater. The results show that the removal rates of NH3-N is reduced when the suspend packing stuffing rate is increased .When the suspend pack- -ing stuffing rate is 40% and apparent loading index of filling material is 0.1-0.8g/(m^2 .d), the removal rates of NH3-N is 85%-95%, the NH3-N concentration of effluent is 35-75mg/l and can be nolonger increased simply by corresponding apparent loading index of filling material increa- -sing. But the NH3-N concentration of effluent can be reduced to 9-14mg/l by such measures as alkalinity supplement, Carbon-nitrogen ratio rducing and water temperature increasing.
