运丝托板顶面孔加工夹具的设计

摘    要:本文以线切割机床的运丝托板为例,根据其现有的结构特征,提供了一种定位迅速,夹紧动作快,易保证孔的加工精度和加工精度的稳定性,生产效率比较高的运丝托板顶面孔加工夹具,并阐述了该夹具的设计特点及定位夹紧方案。

Abstract:The line cutting machine tool Movement wire splint as an example,according to the existing structure,provides a rapid positioning,clamping fast,easy to ensure the processing precision of the holes machining accuracy and stability,higher production efficiency of Clamping apparatus of Movement wire splint top Surface Hole Processing,and the Clamping design characteristics and positioning and clamping scheme.
