化学镀镍-磷-金刚石镀液的老化与再生研究

摘    要:采用常用电镀溶液的分析方法,研究了化学镀镍一磷一金刚石镀液老化情况,提出了一种新的化学镀液再生处理巩义,并对再生液与相同条件下原镀液进行了比较。新的化学镀液再生处理工艺为:氯化钙添加量为Ca^2+]/(HPO)^2-]比为0.7-08;温度50±5℃;处理时间6小时。再生液与相同条件下原镀液性能相当,能够满足生产工艺要求。

Abstract:The ageing process of the solution for composite electroless-plating Ni-P-Diamond was studied by ordinary plating solution analysis methods.A new method for regenerating the plating solution was proposed and the regenration solution was compared with the original solution.The new method include: Ca^2+]/(HPO)^2-] is 0.7-08;temperature is 50±5℃,time is 6h.The regeneration solution is worth the original solution and can satisfy production requirement.
