| 摘 要： | 加强和改进高职院校学生思想政治教育，是建设社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。当前，高职学生思想政治教育中存在着许多不和谐的因素。只有根据社会主义和谐社会的基本要求，不断创新教育理念、教育机制和教育方法，全方位推进高职学生思想政治教育工作．才能构建起协调、长效的高职院校思想政治工作创新体系，更好地为和谐社会培养多样化创新型人才。
