三七皂甙Rg1对小鼠记忆获得和记忆保持障碍的影响

摘    要:研究三七皂甙Rg1对小鼠记忆获得和记忆保持障碍的影响。分别以腹腔注射东莨菪碱(3mg/kg)、亚硝酸钠(120mg/kg)造成小鼠记忆获得和记忆保持障碍,采用避暗法测定小鼠进入暗室的潜伏期,检测小鼠记忆能力。结果显示,模型组小鼠出现显著的记忆获得障碍和记忆保持障碍,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与模型组比较,三七皂甙Rg1在30、60mg/kg小鼠进入暗室的潜伏期显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结果表明,三七皂甙能明显改善由东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得和亚硝酸钠造成的记忆保持障碍。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of Saponins of Panax notoginseng(PNS) Rg1 on memory disorders in mice. The ability of memory in mice were determined by using one trial passive avoidance response to determine step -through latency(STL).
