摘    要:合成了新显色剂1-偶氮苯-3-噻唑-三氮烯(ABTT).并研究了它与锌的显色反应。在pH11.0的Na284O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,Triton X-100表面活性剂存在下,试剂与锌生成4:1的红色配合物。配合物的最大吸收峰位于525nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.7×10^4L·mol^-1cm^-1。Zn^2+浓度在0-460μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定工业废水中微量锌,结果满意。

Abstract:The 1-azobenzene-3-thiazoly-triazene (ABTT) as a ehromogenie reagent was synthesized and its color reaction with zinc has been investigated. In the presence of the surface active agent Triton X-100 and in the Na2B4O7-NaOH medium of pH 11.0,ABTT forms a red complex with Zn( II ). The apparent molar absorbtivity of the complex is 2.7×10^4L·mol^-1cm^-1 at 525nm(λmax).The molar ratio of Zn( Ⅱ ) to ABTT is 1:4. Beer,s law is well obeyed in the range of 0-460μg/L for zinc. The method has been applied to the direct determination of cadmium in waste water with satisfactory results.
