| 摘 要： | 当前大学生的心理健康状况和常规的心理健康教育状况不容乐观。分析了当代大学生的心理健康现状，阐述了高校图书馆开展“阅读疗法”的重要意义．提出了高校图书馆开展“阅读疗法”的具体措施。
