摘    要:采用二氯甲烷萃取,丙酮定容,毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器(μECD)气相色谱法检测阿特拉津,得到了良好的分离效果、较宽的线性关系和较高的灵敏度。方法最低检出浓度为0.0002mg/L,加标回收范围为82.3—90.0%。满足能达到地表水环境质量标准GB3838-2002中的要求。

The Determination of Atrulne in Water-Gas Chromatography(GC)
Abstract:A GC-μECD method is developed to detect, wittier. After target compound extracted by CHCl2, extracted solvent is changed to acetone. Atrazine is separated with HP-5 10m×0.32mm×0.25μm column ,detected by ECD detector. The experiment result shows good resolution and high sensitivity. The MDL is 0.0002mg/L, and recovery rate of spiked sample ranges from 82.3% to 90.0%. So this method can meet the require of China Surface Water Quality Standard (GB3838-2002).
