针对高校学生社团现存的问题,通过对社团文化理论的梳理,分析了社团文化的三种特征和四元结构层次。在此基础上,对高校学生社团的建设、高校学生社团现存问题的对策进行了思考。

The construction of college student groups from the angle of group culture

This paper discusses the problems on the macro orientation of the construction of college student groups and presents three characteristics and the structure with four aspects of the group culture by interpreting the theory of group culture,on the basis of which it gives the orientation of the construction of college student groups from the macro angle and reflects on the countermeasure to current problems.
