不锈钢波纹管失效分析

摘    要:通过对某合成氨厂冰机冷凝器使用的波纹管宏观分析、成分分析、金相分析、电镜分析,同时结合生产工艺对波纹管失效的原因进行探讨。结果表明:材料中的夹杂物的存在是形成破损通道的主要原因。适当提高不锈钢中的Cr含量,可以提高波纹管的耐蚀性。

Abstract:Analysising the corrugate pipe which used in an ammonia plant on the ice condenser in Macro-analysis, composition analysis, metallographic analysis, electron microscopy analysis, meanwhile, we make a deep explore to the cause of the failure in the corrugate pipe combined with the production technology. The results show that the existence of material inclusions is the main reason for the formation of damaged channel. Appropriately increasing the Cr content in stainless steel, it can improve the corrosion resistance of the corrugate pipe.
