| 摘 要： | 体育学硕士研究生处于我国体育领域各类人才的高层次,其个体思想观念素质水平的高低直接影响着我国体育事业的发展。江苏省历来被称之为教育大省,为此对江苏省体育学硕士研究生培养质量进行调查分析,以"人的现代化"为核心研究点,对整个培养过程中体育学硕士研究生对自身的组织管理情况进行反向调查分析,探究个体观念层次的现状,以期为完善江苏省体育学硕士研究生的培养模式提供一定的参考依据。
