高职院校金工实习工厂的建设与管理

金工实习是高等职业技术教育机械类专业核心实训课。本文根据国家教育部的有关文件精神,结合我院金工实习工厂建设的经验,从建设金工实习工厂的重要性、必要性、建设的基本原则、功能定位、运行模式、管理方式等方面探索出了一条适合高职院校金工实习工厂建设与管理的有效途经。

Construction and Management on the Factory of Metalworking Practice at Higher Vocational Colleges

Metalworking practice is a core course of machine at higher vocational education.According to the files of Chinese Education Department and combined with our school experience from metalworking practice factory construction,this paper explores an effective way to construction and management on the factory of metalworking practice,which is based on the importance,necessity,basic principle of construction,function position,operating model as well as way of management in constructing metalworking practice factory.
