| 摘 要： | 2008年6月13日,山西孝义市安信煤矿发生炸药爆炸事故。对该矿井的情况和事故发生经过进行了概述,分析了事故发生的直接原因和间接原因,间接原因如违规操作现象严重,监管不力,安全培训滞后等,导致井下劣质非矿用炸药自燃引起爆炸,直接导致了34人死亡。建议加强监管力度,强化责任意识和相关处罚条例,加强火工品管理等措施,并加强安全培训教育。以人为本,从根治理。
