| 摘 要： | 本文以CAK6136B数控车床为基础,使用微软公司的Visual Basic6.0,开发了在Windows操作系统平台上运行的模拟KND数控系统完整操作过程的仿真软件,实现了在普通微机上进行数控程序编辑、机床操作、参数设置、图形仿真及程序检错的模拟操作。利用HTMLHelp Workshop、Microsoft FrontPage及Flash软件,开发了一个在线帮助系统,集成于仿真软件,实现了教与学有机结合的集成在线帮助的数控仿真多媒体教学平台。

| Abstract: | Based on the CAK6136B NC machine, a set of operating simulation software for the KND NC machine was designed, which was grounded on Visual Basic 6.0. It can realize the simulation of real operation process on the NC machine, including program editing and checking, machine tool operating, parameter setting, graphics simulation. At the same time, by the tools of HTML Help Workshop, Microsoft FrontPage and Flash, an online help system based on CNC simulation was also designed. Thus, CNC simulation teaching and training platform with online help system was established. |
