玻纤增强尼龙超声波焊接焊线结构

摘    要:本文利用一款实例介绍了半结晶聚合物尼龙的超声波焊接的一种焊接线结构设计。对于常用较易焊接的材料,焊接线宽度和高度都比较小即可。但对于尼龙等不易焊接的材料就不能按照常规的方法来设计焊接线,需要根据实际情况加大焊接线的宽度和高度。

Abstract:This paper introduces a structure design of welding line with an example,which is the ultrasonic welding of semi-crystalline polymer nylon.Generally speaking,it is easier for the common and easy-jointing materials to have small width and height of the welding line.However,nylon and other difficult-jointing materials can not be designed as the welding line in a conventional method.According to the actual situation,we should increase width and height of the welding line.
