EM固定化技术在人工湿地污水净化中的应用研究

摘    要:本研究在龟背竹和基质(陶瓷厂废渣)组成的人工湿地基础上,采用人工湿地强化手段,分析了EM固定化技术在提高人工湿地的净化效能以及扩大其应用范围的可能性。结果显示:(1)在污水COD浓度为509mg.L-1时,有EM的人工湿地类型对提高人工湿地污水COD净化效果不显著;(2)在污水铵态氮浓度为35mg.L-1,总磷浓度为3.3mg.L-1时,EM固定化技术能显著提高污水中NH4+-N和总磷的去除效率。(3)基质在各方面作用显著。

Abstract:Some augmentation technologies could be used to improve its purification efficiency effectively and enlarge the range of application. In the paper, Effective Microorganisms, cerimans, together with substrates were studied. The results are as follows: (1)When the concentration of COD was 509mg .L^-1, it was not significant that the immobilized microorganism was applied to the constructed wetland for improving the purification efficiency. (2)When the concentration of NH4-N and TP were 35mg .L-1 and 3.3mg .L^-1 respectively, the purification efficiency could be enhanced significantly if EM was applied properly in the constructed wetland.(3)Substrates is significant in the treatments.
