| 摘 要： | 高校党支部书记肩负支部日常工作的领导、组织、协调、监督的重任，在高校建设发展中起着承上启下的桥梁纽带作用和坚固基础的作用，其地位和作用不可替代。本文通过校内外广泛的问卷调查和个别访谈，分析研究新形势下高校教师党支部书记队伍存在的问题及其原因．提出加强高校教师党支部书记队伍建设的基本思路。

Puts forward to the basic train of thought of strengthen the teachers＇ party branch secretary team construction. |
