浅析班导师在新专业人才培养中的素质与任务

材料化学新专业设立时间短，人才培养模式还在不断完善之中，人才培齐任务艰巨。在应用型人才培养中，辅导员与班导师是学校人才培养体系中最为基层、最为活跃的力量，对学生影响最大。班导师应具备较高的政治素养和良好的职业操守、人格魅力、深厚的专业知识；班导师在人才培养中的任务是加强和改进大学生的思想政治教育、引导学生学习、强化学生专业意识以及培养学生专业技能。

Discussion on the Quality and Tasks of Class Tutors in the Cultivation of New Professional Talents

Abstract]Material chemistry major has been set up for a short time, the cultivation mode is still being continuously improved, and talent cultivation mission is arduous. In the cultivation of application-oriented talents, instructors and class tutors constitute the most fundamental and active power in school＇s talent cultivation system and generate the biggest influence on the students. Class tutors should have high level of political accomplishment and favorable professional ethics, personality charm and profound professional knowledge. During talent cultivation, the tasks of class tutors are to enhance and improve the university students ideological and political education, lead the students to learn, intensify the students＂ professional awareness and cultivate their professional skills.
