摘    要:延迟硅酸凝胶调剖剂具有价格低,可解堵,便于现场大剂量注入的优点,相比有机聚合物冻胶类堵剂,可降低调剖作业成本近1/2,但在推广应用中,对该堵剂进入地层后性能变化、成胶效果却无法监测和评价。通过30m超长岩心驱替实验研究,考察了吸附及水体稀释等综合因素对该堵剂性能影响。实验结果表明:影响延迟硅酸凝胶胶凝强度的主要因素是稀释与吸附,吸附导致延迟硅酸凝胶体系成胶组分匹配关系的破坏.但是该体系在吸附和稀释后依然有较好的成胶效果。

Super-long Core Displacement Text Study on the Performances of the Delay Silicic Acid Congealed Gel
Abstract:Abstract]Compared with organic polymer frozen glue plugging agent, the delay silicic acid congealed gel profile control agent has many advantages such as low prices, can be broken down operation and convenient for large dose influent on field. It can reduce the cost of profile control task nearly 1/2. But it can not be evaluated in the performances of blocking agent after being injected into formations during the application of this agent. The effects of the adsorption and water dilute on the plugging agent performance were investigated by using 30m super-long core provided. The laboratory results showed that the dilution and adsorption were main influence factors on gel strength of delay silicic acid congealed gel. Although, adsorption can lead to damage the component concentration match relationship of the delay silicic acid congealed gel system, this system still had better gelling performance after dilution and adsorption.
