摘    要:采用热压烧结工艺制备了AlN-TiB2复合材料。通过激光导热仪,研究了TiB2含量对材料导热性能的影响。结果表明:随着TiB2含量的增加,复合材料的热导率逐渐下降,当TiB2含量增至50wt%时,热导率由102.9W.m-1.K-1下降到36.6W.m-1.K-1,并对A1N-TiB2的相组成和显微结构进行了观察分析。

Abstract:A1N-TiB2 composites with microwave attenuation characteristics were prepared by hot pressed method. The effect of the content of TiB2 and temperature on the composites was investigated by XRD,SEM and laser thermal conductivity apparatus. The results show that with increasing of TiB2 content, thermal conductivity rate decrease gradually, when the w(TiB2) is 50wt%, thermal conductivity rate decrease from 102.9 W-m^-1·K^-1 to 36.6 W·m^-1·K^-1. Besides, when the w (TiB2) is 10wt%, with increasing of temperature, thermal conductivity rate increase gradually. The phase composition and mierostrueture were also studied.
