摘    要:单体液压支柱可供采煤工作面支护顶板,一旦发生炸裂不但不能有效地管理顶板,造成冒顶事故,而且炸裂的碎片还可能直接伤人。本文通过对缸体炸裂原因的分析,在现有的生产条件下,不增加缸体的厚度和改变缸体的结构,通过调整工艺来提高它的强度.既减少投入,又保证了支柱的安全使用。

Abstract:Hydraulic prop can support the roof for the coal face . In case of burst , it can not manage the roof effectively, and even causing roof collapse. The burst of debris may also be a direct assault. Based on the analysis for the reasons of cylinder burst, we made a conclution:under the present production conditions, we need not to increase the thickness and chang the cylinder block structure, only by adjusting the process to increase its strength, which not only reduces investment, but also ensures the safe use of the mine.
