| 摘 要： | 个体行为管理的核心问题是动机与激励。动机是推动人行为内部的根本原因,激励是激发鼓励,是调动学生的积极性,强化学生正确行为的有效手段。在对学生的管理过程中,教师应灵活地运用动机与激励同学生行为的关系,强化积极行为抑制消极行为。

| Abstract: | The theme problem of individual behavior management is motivation and encouragement. The motivation is the basic reason to promote person's behavior inside .The encouragement is stimulating and encouraging. It is the effective that means to move students'positive and strengthen students'connect action. In the process of management, the teacher should flexibly, maybe as of the relationship brethren motive encouragement and students'behavior, and strengthen active action and restrain passive action. |
