勃列日涅夫主义是打着社会主义、国际主义旗号的霸权主义,严重破坏了国际关系的和谐。这一主义给予我们以反面的启示:我们要坚持不干涉内政原则,要将努力谋求本国的和平与发展作为构建和谐世界的基本立足点之一,反对"有限主权论",反对依靠军事力量搞扩张,我们要切实担负起国际责任,但要与勃列日涅夫主义鼓吹的"大国特殊责任论"划清界限。同时要改革决策机制,从体制上阻止有害政策出台。

Negative Inspiration from Brezhnev Doctrine——From the View Angle of the Construction of Harmonious World

Brezhnev Doctrine is hegemonism under the veil of socialism and internationalism and seriously damaged the harmony of the international relations. The Doctrine gave us negative inspiration. We should adhere to the principle of non-interference in internal affairs and take the peace and development as one of the basic points of the construction of harmonious world. We should turn down the view of limited sovereignty and expansion based on military forces .we should shoulder the international duties properly but put boundaries around the view of specific duties of powerful country. At the same time , we should reform the mechanism of policy-making so that we can institutionally prevent the harmful policies from existing.
