摘    要:本文从道德、知识、技能等方面分析了物流企业信息化对人力资源的客观要求,研究了建设信息化人才队伍的途径、方式及关键问题,并对培养、吸纳及尊重信息化人才的人力资源管理制度作了深入的探讨,旨在最大限度地激发信息化人才的工作积极性和创造性,为物流企业信息化的实施与发展服务。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the objective requirements of logistics enterprises informationization based on moral, knowledge and skills, and studied the way, the mode and key issues of constructing informationization personnel. In this paper the human resources management system including training, absorbing and respect the information-based talents, was in-depth discussion, in order to furthest stimulate enthusiasm and creativity of information-based talents to serve the implementation and development of logistics enterprises informationization.
