Study on human resource management to adapt to the requirements of logistics enterprises informationization

This paper analyzed the objective requirements of logistics enterprises informationization based on moral, knowledge and skills, and studied the way, the mode and key issues of constructing informationization personnel. In this paper the human resources management system including training, absorbing and respect the information-based talents, was in-depth discussion, in order to furthest stimulate enthusiasm and creativity of information-based talents to serve the implementation and development of logistics enterprises informationization.
