| 摘 要： | 推拉式酸洗(含在线平整)机组的急停控制系统是一套经过了科学优化的硬接线急停系统。利用中间继电器合理的取代了扩展安全继电器,作为急停分区中主继电器的触点扩展,在保证了急停控制系统安全性能的前提下,有效的简化了传统的硬接线急停控制系统的繁琐结构,更加简易经济。

| Abstract: | The E-STOP system in pull-push pickling line with skin mill is a relay-type E-STOP system, which is optimized by the way of taking the eontactor relay as the eontactor extended part of the main relay of each E-STOP area in stead of extended-type safety relay. In this way, we could not only ensure the high character of the E-STOP with lower price, but also simplify the former complicated structure of it. |
