检测水体遗传毒性的短期遗传毒性试验方法

摘    要:水体中的遗传毒性物质会引起一系列的疾病反应,长期暴露于此会增加人们的患癌风险,因此检测水中遗传毒性物质对改善水质,促进水环境有效管理有着重要的意义。短期遗传毒性试验方法具有简单快速、花费小、灵敏度高等优点,在水体遗传毒性检测中有广泛的应用。本文介绍了几种用于检测水体的常用的短期遗传毒性试验方法,分析比较了各种试验方法的优缺点,并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Genotoxins in water bodies could cause a series of diseases, and chronic exposure to them may increase the risk of cancer develop- ment. So detecting genotoxins in water is necessary to implement an effective environmental management. Short-term genotoxicity assays are widely used in genotoxieity testing of water, because they are simple, fast, low cost and highly sensitive. In this article, we reviewed the most commonly used short-term genotoxicity assay in water, and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each assay, as well as the perspectives of genotoxicity testing.
