| 摘 要： | 为了解决中小型控制系统中，购买上位机组态软件花费成本高问题，本文以大型水压机为对象，利用VB通过PLC自由口实现PLC与上位机的通讯．成功的对水压机进行自动控制和监控。重点介绍了VB与西门子S7—200PLC自由口的通讯原理、软件编程及在水压机上的应用。

| Abstract: | Taking the big Water hydraulic tester for steel pipe as the object,and Using the VB to realize to communicate PLC with upper machine by PLC＇s Freeport. It can supervise and control the Water hydraulic tester for steel pipe automatically and successfully. Besides, this principle of communication also suit for Embedded control system. Here, introduces the VB and PLC communication principle and software programming for Siemens S7--200 PLC. |
