| 摘 要： | 1993—1994年,在住宅科研设计领域提出了"中国住宅产业化"的概念,而"绿色建筑关键技术研究"已被列为"十五"国家科技攻关计划重点项目并通过专家可行性论证。本文从住宅产业的现状,分析住宅产业存在的问题以及今后的发展趋势。
