Characteristics of the Foreign Teachers in English Teaching in China

With the ever increasing status of English in international exchanges,foreign teachers are introduced by the major institutes.By virtue of foreign teachers＇ natural advantages and teaching characteristics,colleges hope that they can affect and aid Chinese students in their English learning,for example in their way of thinking,language advantage and advanced educational concepts.Although there are some problems,we will solve them actively.Strengthen communication and collaboration of foreign teachers and Chinese English teachers,instead of focusing on their weaknesses and focusing on their strengths,I believe that foreign teachers will play an invaluable role in Chinese talent＇s English language skills training and English teaching reform.
