提高轧制力模型预报精度的研究与应用

摘    要:过程控制模型的控制精度的高低直接决定着产品质量的高低,济钢热轧厂通过自己的生产实践从轧制力模型的机理出发,对轧制力学习系数超限、学习系数波动幅度大等问题进行了分析研究,确定了扩大综合影响系数、引入碳含量影响项等措施,对轧制力模型进行了改进优化。通过项目的实施,提高了轧制力模型的预报精度。

Abstract:The level of control precision of process control model directly determines the level of product quality. Based on the mechanism of rolling force model, the Hot Rolling Mill of Shandong Iron and Steel Company Ltd researches on the ultra-limit and large fluctuation of learning coefficient of rolling force as well as other issues, determines to expand the comprehensive impact factor and introduce the carbon content effect as well as other measures, and optimizes the rolling force model, through its own manufacturing practices. With the application of these items, the prediction accuracy of rolling force model has been improved.
