论非认知因素及其在高职数学教学中的培养

摘    要:非认知因素在数学教学中起着导向、调节、维持、动力和激励的作用。高职生数学基础两极分化严重,基础差的学生往往对数学缺乏兴趣,上课不认真听讲,甚至不遵守课堂纪律。培养高职生的非认知因素是提高教学效果的一条有效途径。培养学生的数学学习兴趣,调控学生的情绪,营造和谐的课堂气氛,激发学生的学习动机,创设认识冲突等是培养非认知因素的有效途径。

Abstract:Not intellectual factor rises to leads to, regulate, maintain in mathematics teaching, motive with incentive function. The senior high vocational school livings the mathematics foundation two divide very serious, student that foundation differ usually the logarithms learns to lack the interest, having a class not attend lecture hard, even do not obey the classroom discipline. Educating the senior high vocational school living not intellectual factor is a valid path to increases teaching result. Mathematics study interest that trains student, adjust the motion that control the student, construct the harmonious classroom atmosphere, stir up the student's learning motive, establish the cognition conflicts etc. is a valid path to educates not perception factor.
