实现图书馆的现代化必须重视人才,从某一角度讲,也可以说图书馆人才的短缺,阻碍了现代图书馆数字化的发展进程。没有一流的图书馆,办不成一流的大学,因此,图书馆与人才是密不可分的。

On the Relationship of Library and Talents

Talents have been playing an important role in the course of the modernization of libraries. To some degree, the shortage of talents in libraries has hindered the modernization of libraries. Without first-class libraries, there will be no first-class universities. Libraries have a close relationship with talents.
