| 摘 要： | 本研究采用三种不同类型的调查问卷对本校大学生的身体意象和心理健康进行抽样调查，包括我校各专业一至四年级1200名大学生。在本文的研究中，为了数据的准确性和可靠性，将被研究者分为体育特长生及体育骨干组和普通组。研究结果显示：体育特长生及体育骨干对身体意象的评价非常积极，同时他们的身体意象状况明显好于普通的大学生。

| Abstract: | This essay has been conducted by various questionnaires, which can be considered as the main research instrument and can be used to measure the relation of the body image and mental health. It refers to the undergraduates from various colleges. According to the different majors, the undergraduates are divided into different groups. In that ease, according to the result of the study, we can know that body image status of the physical education students are better than others, and physical education students have positive attitude to the body image status. The result also tells us that body image is very important to depression of mental health. |
