| 摘 要： | 在简要介绍我国创新教育网络现状的基础上,探讨了大学生通用创新教育网络平台的设计思想,对网络平台的主要内容进行了功能划分,最后对网络平台开发过程中使用的主要技术进行了论述。大学生通用创新教育网络平台的使用,将为大学生的创新活动提供跨越时间与空间的学习交流平台,有利于大学生创新能力的培养。
