微波消解测定人发中五种微量元素的研究

摘    要:使用微波消解技术,在加热、加压条件下,用砂酸和过氧化氢分解发样,由于酸的氧化及活性增加,可使发样在短时间内被消解,其消解后的样品检测限、回收率及精密度均能满足人发的检测要求,可用于人发的日常检验。

Abstract:The method of this paper is under the condition of high temperature and pressure decomposing human hair by HNO 3 and H 2O 2 with the microwave decomposition and testing technology.While the activity of acid and oxidizing increasing,the human hair can be decomposed in short time.The minimum determination limit,recovery and accuracy all can satisfy the normal determination.So this method can be used for the normal determination of human hair.
