| Abstract: | Through the consult of massive literature material, the possibility of appearance of lipid accumulation and lipid peroxidation in skeletal muscle cells through long-term high fat diet was discussed to reveal the bad effect of high fat diet detrimental to the skeletal muscle,which provided a theoretical basis for the research about structure and function in skeletal muscle ceils. |
