| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等,对2009年河南教育学院全日制在校生身高、体重,立定跳远、坐位体前屈和肺活量、台阶试验的测试所得数据进行分析,并结合河南教育学院的实际情况,为以后更好地进行测试工作和有效地增进学生体质健康水平提出相关建议.

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature material,experiments,mathematical statistics and so on,analyzed the data of full-time enrolled student’s height body weight,standing broad jump,seat body ante flexion,vital capacity and stair experiment test in Henan Institute of Education in 2009.Combining practical situation of Henan Institute of Education,proposed related suggestions on how to carry out later test work better and promote the level of student’s healthy condition more effectively. |
