摘    要:针对矿山充填料自流输送和传统的膏体泵送方法存在的问题,研究了一种利用机械力和浆体重力的挤压输送充填料的新方法,其思路是在井下充填管道中安装不同于传统正排量泵的挤压输送设备,使高浓度/膏体充填料浆在挤压输送设备的机械力和重力作用下,沿充填输送管道流至采空区.采用理论分析与实验的方法,研究了挤压输送方法的原理.研究结果证明,挤压输送方法原理可行,它利用了矿山充填特有的垂直管道和其内的充填料浆自重以及浆体的屈服应力,使得挤压输送设备无分配阀,因而输送设备结构简单,易磨损件少,是一种除自流输送和传统泵压输送方法之外,投资省、运行成本低的第3种水力充填输送方法.图6,表1,参17.

Abstract:With the aims to overcome the drawbacks of conventional backfill transport by gravity and by positive displacement pumps, an innovative pipeline squeezed-transport method of hydraulic filling using mechanical forces and slurry gravity was developed, which a squeezed-transport device was connected with pipeline underground, filling slurry at high-density and/or paste backfill was conveyed into stopes along pipeline by both forces of squeezed-transport device and gravity. The principle of this method was studied by theoretical analysis and test in laboratory. The research results proved that the principle of squeezed-transport is feasible. The method takes advantage of the vertical pipeline, gravity and yielding stress of filling slurry inside pipeline and cancels the transfer tube valves of conventional positive displacement pumps. So squeezed-transport device has a simple structure and less easy-wear parts. It is the third hydraulic backfill transport method besides conventional backfill transport by gravity and by positive displacement pumps, with advantages of low investment and operating cost.
