摘    要:建立了制造系统重组过程中设备选择评价指标体系。考虑到判断信息的模糊性,模糊层次分析法被用采确定各项指标的权重值,针对定性指标和定量指标分别详细讨论了隶属度的确定方法,并据此建立了模糊评价模型,通过实例证明了所提出的方法简化了决幕过程,为可重构制造系统设备选择提供了一套行之有效的方法.图1,表4,参10.

Abstract:First, the authors constructed a comprehensive evaluation criteria for selecting the machine tool during the reconfiguration of the manufacturing system and used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the criteria,which could take the fuzziness of the information into consideration, then the different ways of determining the membership value of the quantitative and qualitative criteria were put forward and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was set up. Finally an example is used to demonstrate that the model simplify the machine tool selection problem, and the model is an efficient method to select the machine tools during the reconfiguration of the manufacturing system, lfig., 4 tabs., 10 refs.
