摘    要:电池储能系统为含风电、光伏发电等分布式电源的孤网系统实现系统稳定运行提供了一种有效的方法,分布式电源的大规模应用也促进了电池储能系统容量的扩大.介绍了大容量电池储能系统的工作原理,分析了电池系统等效模型及其控制特性,针对电池荷电状态的不一致及低压配电网线路阻抗不完全为纯感性而导致系统负荷分配控制不精确的问题,提出了基于电池荷电状态的改进型负荷分配控制策略,并在PSCAD/EMTDC环境下建立了系统仿真平台.仿真结果表明,该系统在不同带载情况下均能有效地分配负荷功率,且能保证系统电压幅值和频率稳定在其额定值附近,实现系统稳定运行.

Abstract:Battery energy storage system(BESS) is a valid alternative to maintain the stability of isolated power system consisting of distributed power generation, such as wind power and PV power. With the development of distributed power generation technology, large-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) is applied in the power system. The operational principle of large-scale BESS and control characteristic of battery system were analyzed. To resolve low control accuracy problem caused by the inconsistent SOC and not pure inductance in the low voltage grid , a new method based state of charge(SOC) of battery system was proposed to share load power. The system simulation plate was built in PSCAD/EMTDC soft environment. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy by the simulation experimental results.
