碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁抗剪承载力研究

摘    要:以9根用碳纤维布加固的钢筋混凝土抗剪梁为试验研究对象,考察了不同间距、粘贴层数、粘贴角度及预加栽对加固梁抗剪极限承载力及加固效果的影响,研究了碳纤维布的应变变化规律及其破坏模式.根据试验现象,提出了CFRP有效应变、有效长度的概念.基于CFRP布两种破坏模式.在理论和试验分析的基础上,提出了考虑CFRP布粘贴角度影响的抗剪承载力简化计算公式.结果表明,采用碳纤维布对钢筋混凝土梁剪切加固后,其抗剪强度明显提高.图13,表3,参8.

Abstract:In this paper,nine simply supported RC beams reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) sheet were tested.The effects of different paste formats of CFRP and secondary load on the ultimate shear capacity and the reinforcement effect of RC beams strengthened with CFRP were discussed.The law of change of CFRP strain and the failure modes of CFRP were analyzed.Based on the experiment phenomenon of RC beams strengthened,the conceptions of the effective strain and the effective length of CFRP are put forward.On the basis of the two failure modes of CFRP and the analysis of the test and theory,the design and calculation formula of the concrete beams strengthened with CFRP are proposed.The results also show that RC beams strengthened with CFRP sheet can increase the shear bearing capacity of the beams.13figs.,3tabs.,8refs.
