环保型脲醛树脂胶粘剂合成工艺的研究

摘    要:通过对低毒环保型脲醛树脂胶粘剂的合成工艺进行研究,得出的结论为按工艺条件,一次性加入甲醛后,用NaOH或NH_4Cl调节pH值、用聚乙烯醇作改性剂,在适当的温度下分批加入尿素,进行阶段反应,从而获得一种乳白色的胶粘剂。按此工艺合成的脲醛树脂胶,其游离甲醇含量仅0.15%,产品陈放1周后,游离甲醛含量降到0.1%以下,完全可以满足环境保护的要求。图2,表2,参11。

Abstract:In this paper the synthetic technology for producing low toxic environmental protection type urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive was studied. First, formaldehyde is added in a whole, then NaOH or NH4Cl is used to adjust pH value, polyethylene alcohol is used as modification agent, and urea is added gradually at a reasonable temperature, when the reaction process completed, a milk white adhesive is obtained. The free formaldehyde content of the resin was 0. 15% and reduced to 0. 1% after one week, it is fully adequate to meet the demande of the environmental protection. 2figs. ,2tabs. ,11refs.
