湘南高液限粘土路用填料改良研究

摘    要:为了对湘南高液限粘土进行路用填料改良研究,分别对其进行了石灰、粉煤灰、水泥、石灰加粉煤灰以及砂砾的改良试验.试验结果表明,高液限粘土采用4%、5%的石灰改良后,CBR值分别提高了12.5,14.3,14.7和16.1,15.6,16.0倍;经粉煤灰改良后的高液限粘土CBR强度改善不明显;采用3%、4%的水泥改良后,高液限粘土CBR值分别提高了9.0,9.0,9.2和12.3,12.8,13.8倍;石灰和粉煤灰联合改良后,高液限粘土CBR值分别提高了6.5,7.1,8.1和15.0,15.8,16.8倍;采用砂砾改良后,高液限粘土CBR值分别提高了4.4,4.4,4.7和6.0,6.0,8.4倍,同时,还可改善其开裂特性.表6,参8.

Abstract:To study the improvement of high liquid limit clay in south area of Hunan province for highway embankment,lime,fly ash,cement,lime and fly ash,sand and gravel were used as improvement reagents. The results indicate that the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) of the high liquid limit clay after incorporating 4% and 5% lime is to increase respectively 12.5,14.3,14.7 and 16.1,15.6,16.0 times; the improvement efficiency is not good after incorporating fly ash; the CBR of the high liquid limit clay after incorporating 3% and 4% cement is to increase respectively 9.0,9.0,9.2 and 12.3,12.8,13.8 times; the value of CBR after incorporating lime and fly ash is to increase respectively 6.5,7.1,8.1 and 15.0,15.8,16.8 times;and its value after incorporating sand and gravel is to increase respectively 4.4,4.4,4.7 and 6.0,6.0,8.4 times,at the same time they improve the anti-crack ability of the clay. 6tabs.,8refs.
