综放工作面直接顶稳定性研究及控制实践

摘    要:通过大量现场实测与系统的理论分析指出,“砌体梁”与“半拱”式结构相结合共同构成综放采场覆岩结构的基本形式.在此基础上,对上位直接顶中“半拱”结构的3种形式进行了分析,建立了相应的力学模型,对其平衡条件、失稳机理以及与砌体梁结构的相互作用关系进行了分析,从而形成了综放开采直接顶稳定性控制的基本理论和方法.最后介绍了综放开采的矿压控制实践.图4,表2,参4.

Abstract:On the basis of a large of in-situ measurements and theoretical analysis,it is put forward that structure of voussior beam combined with semi-arch is the basic structure of the overlying strata in longwall sub-level caving mining.Based on above,three structure types of "semi-arch" in upper portion of immediate roof under "voussior beam" are advanced in the paper,and equilibrium conditions and destabilization mechanism of strata structure,as well as interaction of the "semi-arch" and "voussoir beam" structure are analysed,thus basic theory and method of stability control of immediate roof in longwall sub-level mining is formed.Finally, roof control practice in sub-level caving mining is presented.4figs.,2tabs.,4refs.
