| 摘 要： | 针对机械产品备件采购问题,阐明了备件采购的基本原则、程序和方法;运用模糊数学的理论和方法,建立了备件采购决策模型,构造了机械系统备件模糊关系矩阵,求解了零部件模糊决策集合并求出了最大隶属度,确定了备件采购的品种和数量.给出了GJW111型机械装备的备件采购决策实例,为机械装备备件采购工作提供科学决策.图2,参10.

| Abstract: | To purchasing spare parts for machinery products,the fundamental principles,procedures and methods are put forward in the paper.Fuzzy math theory and method are applied to set up decision model for purchasing spare parts.The fuzzy relationship matrix of spare parts in the mechanical system is established.The fuzzy decision set for parts and the maximal membership are calculated. The kinds and quantities of purchased spare parts are determined.An example of purchasing spare parts for GJW111 type equipment is given.So the purchase of spare parts for mechanical equipment is provided with scientific decision.2figs.,10refs. |
