| 摘 要： | 目的:观察AF系统经椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效.方法:采用AF系统内经椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折病2.40例.结果:术后40例患者随访时间为3～24个月,平均10个月,脊柱序列恢复良好35例,占87.5%,好转4例,占10%;伴脊髓损伤21例,15例不全瘫完全恢复功能,4例不全瘫部分恢复功能.2例全瘫未恢复功能,好转率90.4%.结论:AF系统经椎弓根内固定可使伤椎复位满意,固定牢固,并能达到有效的脊髓减压.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the results of AF instrumentation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Method:40 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were treated with AF instrumentation. Results:The postoperative follow-up was from 3 to 24 months with an average of 10 months. Among the 40 cases,35 cases with spinal column injury recovered well,accounting for 87.5%,while 4 examples improved,accounting for 10%.
