| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检患者的护理问题。方法:回顾性总结30例肺穿刺活检患者的护理过程。结果:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检可引起局部血肿和气胸,应注重其护理。结论:CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检患者的护理重点是:术前做好患者的心理指导和深吸气末屏息及平静浅呼吸训练,术后做好出血和气胸的观察。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore Nursing questions of the Patients who accepted percutaneous lung biopsy under CT.Methods: A retrospective analysis of the nursing process on 30 cases with percutaneous lung biopsy.Conclusion: It is important for the patients that psychologic guidance must be do and the patients should be trained to hold their breath at the end of deep breath,before operation.The complexions of bleeding and pneumothorax of the patients should be observed after operation. |
