妇科腹腔镜手术76例分析

目的：探讨电视腹腔镜在妇科疾病的应用。方法：回顾妇科腹腔镜手术76例临床资料,分析手术适应症的选择及并发症的预防。结果：76例均在腹腔镜下成功完成,手术平均时间（42.25±18.23）min,术中平均出血（50±30.5）ml;术后5～7h即可下床活动,平均住院时间（5.5±1）d,无并发症。结论：腹腔镜手术具有创伤小,恢复快,术后病率低等优点,在妇科疾病治疗上有广泛的适应症。

Analysis of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery in 76 cases

Objective： To discuss clinical application of laparoseopic surgery on gynecologic diseases. Methods： The clinical data from 76 gynecological patients who had gynecological operation were analyzed retrospectively, and operation indications and complication prevention were analyzed. Results： The 76 cases of operations were performed successfully. The average operation time was 42.25±18,23min. The average blood loss was 50±30.5ml, the time of staying in bed after operation was 5-7 hours, and average hospital staying was 5.5±1days. No operative complications were found, Conclusion： There were advantages of limited trauma, rapid recovery and low rate of diseases after operation in laparoscopic surgery,which could be applied extensively on gynecological diseases therapy.
